All health and fitness claims link to their primary source — PubMed studies, WHO publications, or medically reviewed references. You can verify every claim independently.
Calculator pages are reviewed and updated when new research or guideline changes are identified. Each page displays its last review date so you know how current the information is.
We explicitly state what each tool cannot do. For example, our body type calculator clearly explains that wrist circumference is a proxy measure — not a clinical assessment.
